What are your opening hours?

Our shop is open by appointment. Just give us a call, we are normally there. After hours and weekends are normally fine too.

How can I pay for my order?

Instore we accept cash, card, or Afterpay.

Online - card and Afterpay are accepted. International orders will be processed through PayPal.

Afterpay - For orders amounting from $99 to $2000 - you can also pay using your Afterpay account. Afterpay is a service that allows flexible payment plans for online purchases. Shop the gear you want now and pay it off in four equal payments over 8 weeks.

How long until my items are shipped?

Your items are usually shipped within 24 hours of placing your order for in-stock products. We’ll send you an email when we ship, and let you know the ‘Track and Trace’ label number.

'In-stock Products' vs. 'In Stock with Supplier'

Products that are in stock are clearly marked "In Stock". We ship these products to you straight away.

Some products are held by our suppliers (usually the manufacturer distributor). These products are clearly marked with their availability - for example: "Usually ships within 6-13 days" or "Ships at a later date". If you order a product that is marked like this then once you place your order, we immediately place an order with the supplier. Once we receive the product from the supplier we then ship it to you straight away.

Special Advisory due to Covid-19 Measures:

The current lead time for dispatching in-stock products is 3-4 days. Furthermore there are significant courier delays affecting the delivery of ‘In-Stock with Supplier’ products from our Suppliers.
